Kerrie D. Peterson For Kerrie Peterson funeral service is a lifelong commitment. She is a fifth generation funeral director and brings 22 years of business leadership experience to Howe-Peterson. Since 1873 her family has given caring support and consolation to help families in the Dearborn and Downriver communities survive personal loss, local crisis and national tragedy. Kerrie graduated from Wayne State University with a degree in Mortuary Science and possesses a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Salem College in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Kerrie is a member of Dearborn Rotary; Council for Action on Aging; Selected Independent Funeral Homes; Cremation Association of North America; Michigan Funeral Director's Association and National Funeral Director's Association. |

Timothy J. Schramm » View Bio
Timothy J. Schramm Tim Schramm brings over twenty years of experience to Howe-Peterson and has been a member of our family since 1988. During his tenure with Howe-Peterson he has made funeral arrangements for more than 2000 families. Tim graduated from Truman High School in Taylor, MI in 1983. He is a 1989 graduate of Wayne State University School of Mortuary Science and is a licensed funeral director. He continues his education with courses in funeral and business related fields. Tim is an advisory board member of Wayne State University School of Mortuary Science; a board member of the Michigan Funeral Director's Association; a member of MI-Mort, the Dearborn Exchange Club, Trenton-Wyandotte Masonic Lodge, Dearborn Chamber of Commerce and Southwest Regional Chamber of Commerce. Tim is also an NCAA and MHSAA official. Tim is married to Cheryl and has two sons, Joshua and Joseph, and Willow "the wonder dog". "Our family loves to go camping and spend time outdoors together - at the beach, in the woods and of course, in the Michigan snow." |

David Bilko David has been a member of the Howe-Peterson family since 1983 when he started serving his apprenticeship. He attended Henry Ford Community College as well as Wayne State University, graduating from the Mortuary Science Program and becoming a licensed funeral director in 1983. David is an active member of Dearborn's Historic Springwell's Park Association; Michigan Funeral Director's Association and National Funeral Director's Association. |

Charles Gury » View Bio
Charles Gury Charles Gury has been part of the Howe-Peterson family for 25 years. He graduated from Wayne State University in Mortuary Science with distinction. He has a Funeral Director's license and Insurance license. Being a funeral director and preplanning counselor he knows the entire business and is extremely qualified to assist families in their time of need. Charles has helped ease the minds of many individuals who want to save their families from the burden of final arrangements. He takes the time to listen to the needs of families and answer all of their questions. Some areas of his expertise are Medicaid qualifications, insurance funding, trust funding and cemetery regulations. During the preplanning process Charles will assist in service needs, casket and vault selection, floral choices, newspaper notices and cemetery marker selections. Charles is also available for public speaking on the advantages of preplanning funerals. Over the years he has hosted and spoke to dozens of organizations. Charles is a member of Michigan Funeral Director's Association, Dearborn Elks, and The Knights of Columbus. He is married, has three children and is a lifelong Dearborn resident. |

Robert Gury Rob Gury has been a part of the Howe-Peterson family since 1998. He graduated from Wayne State University College of Mortuary Science and is a licensed funeral director. Rob is the vice-chairperson on Sacred Heart Catholic Church Pastoral Council, a Sacred Heart Representative on the West Wayne Vicariate Council, and a member of Patrick O'Kelly Knights of Columbus. |

Chad L. Head » View Bio
Chad L. Head Chad has been a part of funeral service since 1993. He graduated from Wayne State University with a bachelor's degree in Mortuary Science in 1995, becoming a licensed funeral director in 1996. Chad became a member of the Howe-Peterson family in 1999. Chad is a member of Lake Side Missionary Baptist Church; the Masons; the Scottish Rite and Michigan Funeral Director's Association. |

Jeffrey Lamparski Jeff Lamparski has been a member of the Howe-Peterson family since 1996. He is a licensed funeral director, graduating from Wayne State School of Mortuary Science. Jeff is a member of the Michigan Funeral Director's Association and the Dearborn Elks. |

Michael Mientkiewicz » View Bio
Michael Mientkiewicz Michael has been with Howe- Peterson since 1989. He was employed as a car washer and as a greeter while he pursued a Bachelor of Science in mortuary science from Wayne State University. He became a licensed director in 1992. Michael is active in the Taylor Moose; Knights of Columbus - All Saints Council; St. Alfred Catholic Church and is an honorary member of the Elks. |

Scott O. Reno » View Bio
Scott O. Reno
Scott started in funeral service in 1993 after returning from the United States Navy. He was employed at other funeral homes before joining the Howe-Peterson family in 2003. He graduated from Wayne State University School of Mortuary Science, and also attends continuing education courses in mortuary science.
Scott is a member of the American Legion #364 in Dearborn; St. Sebastian Catholic Church in Dearborn Heights and the Michigan Funeral Director's Association.

Richard M. Stepien » View Bio
Richard has been a member of the Howe-Peterson family since 1971. He served his apprenticeship here from 1971-1972 and has been with Howe-Peterson as a funeral director for 38 years. Richard graduated from St. Alphonsus High School in 1965 and is a veteran having served in the U.S. Army from 1967-1969. He graduated from Wayne State University School of Mortuary Science in 1971, and is a licensed funeral director in the states of Michigan and Florida. Richard is a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and of the Chapter 267 Vietnam Veteran's Association in Dearborn. He is a condo owner at Fairlane East and in his spare time enjoys reading, fishing, baseball, gardening and playing with Sampson, his recently adopted chihuahua. |
