Food Policy

We recommend establishing a family dinner break for your comfort. Our staff will be pleased to assist you in locating restaurants in the area to accommodate your needs.

• Howe-Peterson will provide coffee, tea, water, a table for your food, and refrigerator space
• We will not be responsible for maintaining your food items
• All food and beverages must stay confined to the lounge
• Only cold foods, pastries or snacks will be allowed
• No crock pots, chaffing dishes, roasters, trays of hot foods or boxes of pizza
• Please be respectful of other families that are present
• Please remove all food items by 8:00 p.m.
• Alcohol of any kind will not be tolerated anywhere on the premises of the funeral home

Smoking Policy

Please be aware that we do not allow smoking inside our facilities in accordance with Wayne County law.
