Alan Ladomer, 79, of Dearborn, Empire, and Grosse Ile, Michigan, passed away from cancer on May 10, 2025, at the Ann Arbor VA hospital. Preceded in death by his parents Paul and Mary Ladomer. Beloved brother of Eleanor (the late John) Dolega, the late Paul Ladomer, Larry (Carol) Ladomer, and David (Susan) Ladomer. Loving uncle of seven nieces and nephews: Sharon Dolega (Don Tujaka), Jean Dolega (Don Lauter), Bill, Steve and Lisa Ladomer, Ian (Kara) Ladomer, and David (Renee) Ladomer. Cherished stepdad to Kelly Woodward (Patrick Satalin), Amy Woodward, and Wendy Garrido. He also leaves behind many dear family members and friends. Alan was a trumpet player in the Army during the Vietnam war and loved music throughout his life. He was a friend to all wildlife and no squirrel left a yard hungry under his watch. His sense of humor continued to his final days and was one of the joys of knowing him. Private cremation entrusted to the Dearborn Location of the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
