Tobias, Althea E., age 98 of Riverview Michigan, died April 04, 2015. Preceded in death by her beloved husband Steven Tobias and her daughter Constance Bertram. Survived by her son Stephen Tobias of Bedford, TX; grandchildren Sarah L. Parsons of Platte City, MO; Stephen J. Tobias of Portland, OR; Matthew Bertram of Portage, MI and Allison Bertram of Charlotte, MI. Great grandchildren Joshua Stephens, Jared Parsons, Jackson Bertram and Lhiannan Mc Connell.
