Morton, Ann D. nee Steinke. Age 75. July 31, 1938 - June 27, 2014. Beloved wife of John for 51 years. Loving mother of Steve, Jeff (Melissa), and John Jr. Proud grandmother of Natalie and Cole Morton. Loving aunt. Ann cherished her canine companion Noogie. Ann graduated with a bachelor's degree from Central Michigan University and a master's degree from University of Michigan. She retired from her service as a librarian for over 15 years in the City of Dearborn. Visitation Monday 1:00 - 9:00 pm; Funeral Service Tuesday 11:00 am at Dearborn Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 22546 Michigan Ave. God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be so he put his arms around you and whispered, "Come to Me" With tearful eyes we watched you and saw you pass away and although we love you dearly we could not make you stay. A Golden heart stopped beating hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best.
