Tony, age 56, lost his years long battle with congestive heart failure, and passed away peacefully while asleep at Angela Hospice, with his brother Dan by his side.  Tony is survived by his Daughter Emily, Mother Dorothy C. Turowski, brother Dan, nephew Christopher (Stephanie) and great nephew Camden.  He was preceded in death by his Father, Leonard J. Turowski, and brothers Lawrence and Philip.  He was a devoted Father to Emily, who he cherished.  Best friend of Jennifer Hostetler (mother of Emily) and Darci Compeau.  Tony was like a step Father to Delaney Compeau and Cameron Compeau.  He was loved by many.  His fellow employees of Taylor Chevrolet, where he worked as a certified mechanic, were like family to him.  Tony was a big NASCAR fan, especially of the late Dale Earnhardt  #3.  He also liked to cook / bake and golf as well.  Tony's Memorial Mass will be Saturday, September 18th; 10:00 a.m. at St. Kateri Catholic Church 16101 Rotunda Dr. Dearborn, 48120. Gathering at church from 9:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made directly to the Turowski family who will assign contributions to Tony's favorite charities.  Per the family request, those attending the Funeral Mass and gathering at St. Kateri are asked to wear face masks.
