Fulkerson, Arthur J. November 6, 1939-March 30, 2021. Our rock and most cherished dad and grandpa passed away March 30, 2021. He reunited with our mother, Paula Fulkerson, who passed March 2, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents Clarence Sr. and Josephine, brother Clarence Jr. "Leo" and grandson Ruben Fluellen. He is survived by his sister Mary Ann Luther "Fulkerson," nieces Susan, Linda, Nancy, their spouses and children, his children, Cynthia, Tamley, Ruben, their children Yvonne, Richard, Eric and Johnpaul and one great grandchild, Cash. He was a 1957 Graduate of Edsel Ford HS and joined the Air Force in 1958 attaining the rank of A1C E-4 serving in West Germany until 1963. He was hired by IBM upon return and worked there over 30 years. He married Paula in 1978. He was an active member in the NCCC Corvette Club and Corvette Club of Michigan over 40 years. He and Paula were active members in Dearborn CERT and recipients of 2012 Dearborn CERT Members of the year.  Funeral service will be Sunday 6:00 p.m. at the Dearborn Chapel of the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 22546 Michigan Ave.  Visitation Saturday 1-7 p.m. and Sunday 12-7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made in the name of Art and Paula Fulkerson to the American Cancer Society. Please leave an online condolence to comfort the family.   In respect to the executive order, visitation for Mr. Fulkerson will be limited to 25 visitors at a time.
