Azriel Blaise Frey was born sleeping on February 16, 2024. "And to think, the first thing you saw when you opened your tiny little eyes was the face of Jesus." The name Azriel means "God is my help," and that is truly the only way to process this incredible loss.

Azriel is survived by parents David Frey II and Andrea (Posh) Frey, along with loving siblings Analeia (6), Solomon (4), and Ariella (2). Maternal grandparents are Richard and Annemarie Posh, and paternal grandparents are Dawn Frey and David and Rhonda Frey. Surviving great grandparents include Sharon Marinelli, George and Patricia Klempert, and great great grandmother Blanche Swann.

Azriel also leaves behind cousins Lucy and Dean Mitchem and Cana and Jude Posh, as well as aunts and uncles Amanda and Burny Mitchem, Summer and AJ Smith, Ryan and Tess Posh, and Ben and Brad Mistopolus, along with many great aunts, uncles, and extended family.

Azriel knew nothing but unconditional love on earth, and is now surrounded with peace and joy in the arms of Jesus. The family greatly appreciates your prayers and support both now in the face of this devastating loss and in the years to come before they are reunited with their baby in Heaven.

There will be a mass to honor Azriel at St. Michael the Archangel parish in Livonia at a later date.
