Barbara Ann Reno (nee Roza), age 74, passed away Monday evening, October 27, 2025 surrounded by her loved ones at Angela Hospice.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, David. Barbara is survived by her sons Timothy (Gretchen) Reno and Scott (Monica) Reno; her grandson Nicholas Reno; her siblings George (Cheryl) Roza, Joan (Mike) Kinnell, Debbie (Aaron) Brady, Rosemary Roza; Half-Brothers Ricky Parsons and John Roza, as well as many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, step grand-children and great grandchildren.

Born in Garden City, Michigan, Barbara attended Dearborn Heights Public Schools and spent 20 years working as a smart bus driver for Redford Township, transporting and talking with many senior citizens along the way. She married David on March 16, 1968. Together for 32 years before his untimely passing in November 2000. Barbara loved spending time with her family and friends, taking trips to the casino, doing puzzles and sitting out on her big wrap around porch having coffee with friends or family and waving at many that passed by.

Barbara will be remembered for her wit, love of family, caring nature and she loved having a good time. The family is requesting that in lieu of flowers, please donate to Alzheimers Disease research or Angela Hospice .

Visitation will be Thursday, October 30th from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be Friday, October 31st at 11:00 a.m. Gathering will begin prior at 10:30 a.m. All services located at the Taylor location of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home and Cremation Services 9800 Telegraph rd. Taylor, MI 48180. A luncheon will follow the service at Pia's Ristorante at 21142 Ecorse Rd, Taylor MI.
