Betty Ann Fucinari

July 14, 1945 – October 30, 2022

Betty Ann Fucinari, age 77 of Dearborn Heights passed away peacefully on October 30, 2022.

She was the dearest sister of Carlo (Patricia) and the late Robert.

Loving aunt of Anthony (Amy), Mia DeSantis, Mark (Sarah) and Nicholas.

Caring great aunt of Domenic DeSantis, Emmie, Kailey and Devan Fucinari, Serenity Stokes and great great aunt of Alekai DeSantis.

Betty was predeceased by her parents, Tristan Fucinari and Mary Ventro and her husbands Ronnie Zeppa and Bill Arella.

She leaves behind many extended family members and longtime friends.

Betty was a renowned hair stylist in Dearborn at her salon, Coiffures by Fucinari, and many other locations in Metro Detroit.

There were many other talents that Betty had. She was a fantastic cook and baker. She was known for her delicious pizza.

She amazed people with her woodworking skills by building herself tables, sliding barn doors and light fixtures for her living space.

Betty was a computer wiz and was the go to if you had an issue. It seemed that all she had to do was wave her hand over the computer and like magic, it was fixed!

Her videographer work was outstanding. She was great at putting together a video with photos and music for her family and friends on special occasions.

Betty was a light in the lives of so many. She will be truly missed by anyone who was fortunate enough to have met her.

Memorial gathering will be from 1pm-8pm on Thursday, November 3rd at Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, Dearborn Chapel.

Mass of Resurrection at St. Maria Goretti,3965 Merrick St, Dearborn Heights, MI 48125, will take place at 10am on Friday, November 4th with a 9:30am gathering.
