Obituary

Betty's family was the most important thing in her life.  Family meant everything to her.  She would help anyone out but if family needed her, she would not hesitate to stop what she was doing to help them.
Her hobbies were watching Tiger games or any other baseball games.  She loved reading books and doing jigsaw puzzles.  When she was younger, she loved to bowl, in her recent years she would like to watch her grandson Michael and his wife, Holly bowl in their league.  Betty also enjoyed crocheting and making cookies and cakes for Christmas.

Loving grandmother of Michael Mitchell (Holly) and Dawn Mitchell.  Dear great grandmother of Morgan Mitchell, Zachary Monschau, Nathan Mitchell and Anthony Mitchell.  Dearest sister to Peggy Dement, Eula Kanode, Edith Olecki (Bruce), Linda Henninger, Wayne Brown (Kay), Gene Brown (Sharon) and Barbara Brown.  Betty also has a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, October 21, 2020 from 1:00 PM-8:00 PM.  Funeral Services will be Thursday, October 22, 9:30 AM.  All services will be at the Taylor Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 9800 Telegraph Rd.
