Beverly Mayfield of Lincoln Park died February 17, 2012. Preceded in death by her beloved husband Donald Mayfield and loving companion Ken Wood. Survived by her children Patrick and his wife Gina and Cheryl Mayfield; grandchildren Thomas and Angela Mayfield, James and Tamara Siefker and husband AJ ; great grandchildren Alexander, Ailey, Aayla and Wyatt. Visitation Sunday 1-8pm, Monday 1-8pm with the Lincoln Park Eagles Service at 7PM Monday, and visitation again on Tuesday 10am until time of service at 11am at J.L.
