Blair Arthur Schoen, March 24, 2016, Age 63.  Dear son of the late Arthur and Sarah Schoen.  Loving brother to Maureen (Bashur), Karen and the late Scott Schoen and father to Briant James.  Grandfather to Sydney and James and Uncle to Christina (Steve), Cheryl, Melissa and Nikie (Austin Sr.), and Great Uncle to Hailey, Emily, Austin Jr., Lucus, and Nyla.  He also has leaves behind many dear friends.

Blair was born and raised in Dearborn, Michigan and entered the United States Navy after graduating from Dearborn High School in 1970.  After serving 6 years in the United States Navy, he returned back to Dearborn, Michigan and began his career in Automotive Sales at Fairlane Ford in Dearborn.  He was active in the Dearborn community, in various service organizations.  He was also an expert pool player and enjoyed the game as well as the time spent playing with friends.  He moved to Palm Harbor, Florida in early 2006, where he spent his last years enjoying the Florida life.


Funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 30th, at the Dearborn Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 22546 Michigan Ave, at 11 AM. Burial to follow at Glen Eden Cemetery, 35667 W. 8 Mile Rd, Livonia. Visitation to take place Tuesday, March 29th, from 3 PM until 9 PM.
