Carl Dwane Bryan
Born July 5, 1947- Passed February 11, 2024.
Carl was the son of Carl Bryan and Barbara Jean (Shuttle) Bryan he was the oldest of six children. He is preceded in death by his father, mother, sister Brenda, brothers Paul and Michael Bryan also his Grand Daughter Candace and Grand Son Ricky. Carl raised 3 daughters, Carol, Terri and Mickey (Jim Cossins, beloved son-in-law) and was a very proud grand father of 12 and even more proud Great -Grand pa-Old Papa of 18 .
Carl left high school in 12th grade to work at Ford Motor Co. at the age of 17. He was drafted by "Uncle Sam" in 1967 to serve his country in Vietnam and did so with HONOR. Carl was an old fashioned man with morals, principles and values. He LOVED to watch movies and television. He LOVED his Detroit Tigers and Lions Faithfully and unconditionally. He LOVED ELVIS and music and his family most of all. Carl had severe medical problems for over the last 12 years and he fought everyday. He is now resting peacefully. AT EASE SOLDIER. YOUR DUTY IS COMPLETE.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2024 from 1:00-8:00pm. Funeral Services will be Friday, February 16, 11:00am. All services will be held at the Taylor Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 9800 Telegraph Rd.
