Carl Allen Waldrop

Carl Allen Waldrop, age 76, of Taylor, Michigan, passed away on April 1, 2026. He was born on March 19, 1950.

Carl was a proud Vietnam veteran who honorably served his country with courage and dedication. He carried that same quiet strength throughout his life, earning the respect of those who knew him.

He had a passion for amateur radio and electronics, often spending hours working on projects and exploring how things worked. Carl also enjoyed gardening, finding peace and satisfaction in caring for his plants and spending time outdoors.

He is survived by his beloved son, Adam; his longtime partner, Joyce; and his twin brother, Carlton. Carl will be remembered as a devoted father, a loving partner, and a steady, kind presence in the lives of his family and friends.

Committal services and Army Funeral Honors will be held Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.

He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
