Carol Fay Bartley, 53 years old, of Flat Rock, Michigan, passed away on March 14th, 2026.

Carol is the loving mother of her two sons, Robert and Daniel Bartley. She always loved animals and made it her dream to become an official vet tech. Carol loved knitting, crocheting, and showing love and care for everyone who was ever in need. She is selfless and always put others ahead of herself. She had such a big heart for this reason. She also loved watching scary movies, especially ghost hunting shows.

Carol's family has fond memories with her including one memory at Daniel's wedding where everyone had the biggest smiles and laughs. Spending this special time with her family made memories to last a lifetime. Those moments on that day were fleeting, but they mean everything to her and her family. Remembering the days Daniel, Robert, and Carol would go to Grandma's house to help cut her grass and hedges were her favorite. Spending time together every weekend was another great memory her family recalls. They would order a Jets pizza or Digiorno and watch a rental movie together while making jokes. Another fond memory of Carol was when she brought her two sons up north to see her brother and sisters. They all rode horses, dirt bikes and 4 wheelers, fed the chickens and saw her beautiful family. This was a memory she would never forget. She will be forever remembered by all the smiles and laughs she has made with her family throughout their lives.

While Carol grew up with many highs and lows, she still had love for everyone and will never be forgotten. She will continue to look down, smile, and protect all those who knew her.

Carol is survived by her sons Daniel (Lauren) Bartley and Robert Bartley. Her loving grandson Grayson. Cherished siblings Kimberly Freeman, Brian Jobe, Woody Jobe, Janene Ochylski, Renee, and many nieces and nephews. Carol is preceded in death by her late parents Joyce & Marvin Jobe.
