Carol J. O'Day passed away too soon on June 18, 2024 at the age of 68. Beloved wife of Kevin for 45 wonderful years. Dearest mom of Kimberly Dodds. Proud Nana of Logan, Lorelei, and Journey. Loving sister of Kenneth (Mary Ann) Downes. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Gale and Dorothy Downes, and her twin brother, Keith, who died during childbirth yet remained a part of Carol's life.

Carol had a natural caregiving instinct; she set a standard being a mom and nana and would eagerly be willing to look after other children through a daycare or the church.

A memorial gathering will be held at Howe-Peterson Funeral Home and Cremation Services on Sunday, June 30, 2024, 2-7pm. A memorial Mass will held at St Kateri Church on Monday, July 1, at 11am. Gathering at the church begins at 10am.
