Carole Jeanne Speier of Dearborn, passed away on November 28, 2021, at the age of 78.

She was the loving soul mate of Doug Jakubiec for 41 years

Dear sister to brother: Fred D. Speier (Dianna), Henry Jackson (Laurie), and sister: Catherine Jakubiec (John Costello)

Caring daughter-in-law to Janet Jakubiec and to the late Henry and Agnes Jakubiec.

Generous and Loving Aunt to many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and one great, great nephew.

Preceded in death by Frederick E. Speier and Evelyn E. Speier, father and mother

Carole was a life-long resident of Dearborn.  She was a graduate of Dearborn High School and the University of Michigan.   Carole was a teacher and guidance counselor for 44 years in the Dearborn Schools.

Carole and Doug were avid golfers who traveled the United States and Canada spending vacations playing top courses and hiking trails in our beautiful National Parks.  She was happiest traveling, golfing, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
