STROUD, Caroline E. age 97, of Dearborn Heights went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, December 1st at St. Mary Mercy Hospital. She was born April 10, 1912 to Emma and Ferdinand Hess in Lockport, NY. Caroline was preceded in death by the love of her life, Aaron in 1966 and be her dear late son, Jerry Annelle. Surviving are 3 daughters; Carol Mickel John, Eve Gateman Paul, and Gwyn Smith Larry, 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Visitation Sunday 3-8 pm from the Dearborn Chapel of the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 22546 Michigan Ave. There will be a funeral celebration of Caroline's life on Monday, December 7th at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 21915 Beech St., Dearborn.
