A graduate of Mercy High School and Henry Ford Community College, Cathy had many roles in her life including an administrative assistant, children's librarian, stay-at-home mom, Girl Scout troop leader, and recently as a small business owner.

Cathy was a voracious reader and was knowledgeable about many areas, including uncommon ones.  She had a kind heart and was always willing to listen to a friend in need.  A skilled gardener, she was a lover of all flowers, especially daisies.

She will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be Thursday August 22nd from 2-8pm at the Taylor Chapel of the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home.   Funeral Service will take place on Friday August  23rd, 11:00am at the Taylor Chapel of the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home.  Internment will be at Michigan Memorial Park in Flat Rock.  A luncheon will follow.
