Catherine "Cathy" Lee sadly passed away on October 2, 2021 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Charlie Lee for over 50 years. Dear sister to Annabelle Herrada. Loving sister in law to Linda Davis, Faye Clark, Jack Lee, and Lynn Lee. Cherished aunt to several nieces and nephews. Catherine is preceeded in death by her siblings June Pomaville, Donald McCall, and Richard McCall; her brother in laws Donald Lee, and Bobby Lee; and her mother Loretta to whom Catherine was her caregiver for many years.

Cathy was the center of the family. She could be described as the "touchstone" for the family, she always brought everyone together. Whether it was  the holiday parties or celebrating the Kentucky Derby, she just wanted to celebrate everything she could. Life is about celebration and that is what Catherine embodied. She was a patron of hospitality, she would invite anyone who just needed a meal on thanksgiving and would treat you as family. Cathy will be greatly missed.

A memorial mass will be held for both Catherine and Charlie Lee at St. Sabina Catholic Church, 25555 Ann Arbor Trail, Dearborn Heights, Michigan 48127 on Monday, October 18, 2021 at 11:00AM with a 10:30AM gathering time prior to the service. Inurnment will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield, MI.
