Charles Holbird, Jr., age 70, passed away July 28, 2022.

Proud father of Sean, Jeff, Charles, and Leland (Cameron).
Caring grandfather of Destiny, Chelsea, Amber, Angel, Jeff, and Evan.
Loving great-grandfather of Briella, Nick, Joseph, and Jesus.
Dear brother of Randy (Eyvonne), Mark, and the late Louise, Rebecca, and Andrew.
Loved and cared for by previous wives Beth and Suzette.

Charles attended and graduated from John Glenn High School where he went on into a lifelong career as a construction engineer. He retired from the state of Michigan after many devoted years of service. Charles was an avid Detroit sports fan; he loved the Lions, Tigers, and the Redwings and never missed a game if he could. Above all, Charles cherished his family. He will be missed greatly by so many.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 6th from 11AM until the time of funeral service at 2PM. All services will be located at the Taylor Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 9800 S. Telegraph Road, Taylor, MI 48180.
