Newland, Charles E., Age 82, December 23, 2007. Beloved husband of the late Martha. Dearest father of Charles Jr. Linda, Gloria Scaggs Randy, Barry Robbie, & Garry Connie Pierce. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Funeral service Friday 1:00 P.M.at the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, Taylor, MI. Visitation Thursday 4:00-9:00 P.M. Thursday 7:00 P.M. Fraternal Order of the Eagles Service. Interment at Cadillac Memorial West Cemetery, Westland, MI
