Obituary

Christopher Runions, age 19, a beacon of strength, loyalty, and love, departed this world on Friday March 15, 2024, leaving behind a legacy that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew him. Born May 12, 2004, he was taken from us far too soon.

Though his time with us was brief, Chris lived a life filled with love and purpose. His love for his family knew no bounds, and he leaves behind cherished memories of laughter, joy, and unwavering support. Chris was a devoted husband, a loving son, a beloved brother, and a dear friend, a pillar of strength and support, and a source of boundless affection to those who needed it most.

A proud member of the United States Marine Corps, Chris exemplified dedication, courage, and honor. He approached challenges with resilience and determination, inspiring those who had the privilege of crossing paths with him.

Outside of his military duties, Christopher loved spending time with family. He was as real as they come, a genuine person, with a strong relationship with God and he was not afraid to admit it. He was a proficient marksman and enjoyed shooting with his dad, wife and his  brothers. He liked to ride dirt bikes with his best friend and brother, Cayden, or driving around with Jessie in his Charger hemi 392 "like he stole it!"

He truly lived life with laughter and enthusiasm that was felt by all who knew him.

As we mourn the loss of Chris, we take comfort in the memories we shared. He may no longer walk among us, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have been touched by his kindness, strength and love.

He is survived by his dear wife Jessica, his mother Marilyn Centkowski, (Kenneth Nicholson) father Andrew Runions, (Dannielle) brothers Cayden, Damien, and Andre', sisters Kaianna, Lillianna, Allianna, & Chloe'
