Clarence Stamper was born on May 8th,1946 in Isom, Kentucky to John and Daisy Stamper.

He moved from Kentucky to Michigan with his parents and two siblings in 1951.   Clarence would eventually become a refrigeration engineer while living in multiple states, before returning to Michigan.

He loved spending time with family & friends and playing sports. You would often find him playing racket ball, golf, and pickle ball in his later years.

Clarence was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Evelyn Metcalf, his son Dwayne Stamper and his grandson Kyle Cheresko. He leaves behind his beloved former wife Christine a daughter Patty, his son Keith (Cheryl) Gibbs, stepdaughters Annette (Mark) Goodfellow and Georgette (Jeff) Cheresko. He also leaves behind his grandchildren Kevin (Jessica) Gibbs, Krysti (Brian) MacDonald, Britney (Adil) Almaliky, Kayla Cheresko, Emily (Brad) Crysler and Ross Goodfellow.  Lastly, he leaves behind two brothers Dan (Darlene) Stamper, Ken (Kim) Stamper and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
