Born January 13 ^th 1939 to Leslie and Edith Burgess in Highland Park Mi. Mother of Jack (Rita) Hoy and David (Vicki) Hoy. Grandmother of Lisa Perry and Josh (Alison) Hoy and Kristen (Mike) Conrad.Great Grandmother to Ellie, Layla, LJ, Owen and Penelope. Connie was a beloved Mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend. She loved her family, to bowl and to travel.
