Constance "Connie" Marie Belzer, age 96, passed away at home on January 18, 2026. Connie was born March 4, 1929, the daughter of John and Rosa (Guida) Julian. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Sam Belzer in 2022. Connie leaves behind a loving daughter, Kimberly Belzer along with many nieces and nephews whom she adored.

Connie grew up in the city of Detroit. She worked for Ford in the Rouge River Plant as an office worker before moving over to the SEOW union office. She later worked as a medical receptionist for over 20 years until the age of 75.

Connie enjoyed traveling with Sam on winter vacations to Florida and many other destinations like Italy and on cruises. She also enjoyed knitting and crocheting so she could give her creations away to those who needed them. Above everything, she enjoyed spending time with her family.

A funeral mass will take place at St. Kateri Catholic Church in Dearborn on Monday, January 26, 2026, at noon with family greeting friends at church beginning at 10am.
