David Bowersox passed away on November 9, 2025 in Livonia, Michigan. Beloved husband for 53 years of Elizabeth, beloved father of Patricia Bowersox. He is survived by brother George Bowersox, nephews Nick Bowersox, Zack Bowersox and Ted Bowersox, sister-in- law Heather Kendall, brother - in -law Fred Post, niece and nephews and great nieces/nephews. He will be greatly missed. He graduated from Michigan State University with an MBA and worked in many management positions. He had a loving heart and regularly reached out to help others. Served on active duty in the army and later in the reserves. He served as treasurer of the Dearborn Gideon camp and helped out with other camp activities. He was a deacon at Dearborn Christian Reformed Church. He loved to hike mountains, camp, read, and listen to classical music and attend concerts.

Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 18th  at Dearborn Christian Fellowship Church, 21360 Donaldson St, Dearborn, MI 48124. Instate from 10:30 a.m. Visitation Monday 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Dearborn Location of the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 22546 Mi. Ave. 48124.
