JOHNSON, Deborah Ann, of Taylor        Age 65

Deborah passed away on Saturday, May 18th, 2019. She was born to the late Edward Morgan and Barbara Morgan on March 9, 1954.  Deborah graduated from Taylor Center High School, then attended Oakland University where she met her late husband, Walter J. Johnson Jr. in Oakland 's Glee Club and Choir. They soon married and were blessed with the birth of their daughter, Lizabeth.

Deborah enjoyed singing and also played multiple musical instruments. Deborah loved God, her family, and animals dearly and after her husband's passing she worked for several years in Vocational Rehab as a therapist, for workers with disabilities, until she herself became ill.

Deborah is survived by her daughter, Lizabeth Heimann, Son-in-law, Ryan Heimann as well as her Aunt, Jeanne Riley, of Lake City, Michigan. For those who know Deborah, please join us to pay your final respects at Howe Peterson Funeral Home, Taylor Chapel, on Thursday, May 23rd at 2 pm.
