Deborah Jean Prechel passed away on July 22, 2022 at the age of 66. Beloved wife of Bill. Loving mother of Jennifer Berlanga, and step mother of Dawn (Christopher) Hopkins, Katie (Phillip) Myers, and Chelsea Prechel. Cherished grandmother of Audrey. Dear sister of Trudie Allen, Michael (Kristen) Taylor, and the late Dennis Allen. Loving aunt of Arthur (Marlo) Allen, Tommy (Melissa) Allen, Michelle (Craig) Phillips, and Becky Lou Allen. Great aunt to many. She is predeceased by her mother, Rebecca "Nanny" Taylor.

Deborah had many hobbies, she liked to work out and loved to shop. Her absolute favorite show to watch was I Love Lucy. Deborah loved to laugh, anyone who knew her knows how contagious her laugh was. She also loved to dance anytime she could. She took care of Bill until she was unable to, they knew each other for many years and deeply cared for each other. Disney is one of her favorite places to visit, for her 50th birthday, her daughter took her on a surprise trip and she had the best time. Deborah loved Christmas, so much in fact, that she kept her tree up all year round! Her grand-daughter Audrey was her world, she loved her so much. She will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 26, 2022 from 1:00-8:00PM and the funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at 12:00PM located at Howe-Peterson Funeral Home Taylor Chapel 9800 Telegraph Rd. Taylor, MI 48180. Interment will be at St. Hedwig Cemetery in Dearborn Heights, MI.
