Delia Jane Stamper, age 83, of Lincoln Park, went home to her heavenly family on December 3, 2017. Preceded in death by her beloved husband James Stamper, son Robert Stamper Sr. and grandson Robert Stamper. Survived by her children Les (Kathleen) Stamper, Matt Stamper and Victoria (Dave) Anderson. Grandmother of 10 and great grandmother of 5 3/4.  Visitation will be Friday, December 8th 1 - 8pm and Saturday, December 9th from 10am until funeral services at 11:00am at J.L.
