Diane Beverly Catallo passed away on December 4, 2024 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of Carl for 62 wonderful years. Loving mother of Mark (Amy) Catallo and Linda (Kenneth) Bloch. Proud grandmother of Angelina (Andres), Justina, Daniel (Krystal), and Rachael (Jeff). Great-grandmother of Gianna, Madeline, Rosalie, Scarlett, Everly, Carter, and Brady.

Although Diane was a nurse, her true fulfilling purpose in life was to take care of her family and friends. That care also extended to strangers too, as Diane could often be found volunteering at church and hospitals. She was a natural caregiver for everyone she met and always spread joy with a smile on her face. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, playing tennis, and was a gifted singer – she even was invited to sing on a couple of radio shows.

She set the example of what a matriarch should be and leaves behind a legacy of love with her family.

A visitation will be held at the Dearborn Location of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home and Cremation Services on Monday, Dec. 9th, 3-8pm. A rosary will be said at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Tuesday, Dec. 10th, at 10am. Gathering at the church begins at 9:30am.
