DIGNA BUSTAMANTE NAZARENO
August 14, 1967 - September 23, 2018
Precious Daughter of Elvira B. Nazareno and the late Ramon Nazareno. Dearest Sister of Florian Nazareno and Rencie Nazareno, Edna Nazareno, Danilo Nazareno and Oscar Nazareno. Beloved Niece of Aurora and Ding Nazareno. Also survived by many Nieces, Nephews and Friends.
Digna or Dhigs to her friends, was born and raised in Naic, Cavite Philippines. She went to Naic Elementary School for her primary and attended Western Colleges and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Banking and Finance. She also attended Dorsey Business School for Medical Billing and Coding and the University of Phoenix as an undergraduate in Health Care Management, all located in Michigan, U.S.A. She was a member of the Downriver Lion's Club and the Downriver Filipino American Association.
Digna was a very outgoing person and a great friend to a lot of people both in the Philippines and here in the U.S. She would go out of her way to be where the action was. She liked to travel and go to many places and she made sure that she got to see as many friends as possible when she traveled to other states. Digna never ran out of stories to tell and her sense of humor was nothing short of a great stand up comic. Always thoughtful and caring, she would be the first to make a call to comfort a friend and never failed to "like" a Facebook post to let you know that she's there for you.
Visitation for our beloved Digna will be on Friday, September 28, 2018 at the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 9800 S. Telegraph, Taylor, Michigan 48180. Funeral Service will be on Saturday, September 29, 2018, 10 a.m.
at St. Alfred Catholic Church, 24175 Baske Street, Taylor MIchigan. Visitation will be at 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass.
