Dolores Shafer   Age 89 of Taylor

April 6th,1931—March 18 ^th , 2021

Dolores Shafer passed away at home on Thursday March 18, 2021. On April 6th 1931, Dolores came into this world in Detroit as the second child born to Agnes and Anthony Bielawsky.

She grew up in Detroit where she met Alfred Shafer and they married on April 23 ^rd , 1949.  She raised 8 children; Michael, David (Rae Anne), Deborah (John) Dezsi, Kathleen (Leonard) Robb, Donald (Deborah), Peggy (Larry) Burnet, Cynthia (Kenneth) Compton and Suzanne Shafer, in Taylor, Michigan. She has 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. She will forever be remembered in our hearts as our beloved Mother and Saint.

Burial will take place Monday March 22, 2021 at Our Lady Of  Hope Cemetery at 12 Noon.
