Donald Murphy of Dearborn passed away on May 4, 2021 at the age of 88.

Beloved husband of Winifred for 66 years.

Loving father of Kristine (Brian) Gnagey and Lance (Joanne) Murphy.

Dear papa of Steven (Cristin), Julianne, Madison and Zachary.

Proud great grandpa of Veronica.

Don was born and raised in Bellevue, OH and Niagara Falls, NY.  He graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo with a degree in Opticianry.  He was a long time employee of Doctors Fox and Cutler in Birmingham, MI.  He was also active in his community, serving as Past President of Dearborn Outer Drive Kiwanis and serving as an Elder at Cherry Hill United Presbyterian Church where he championed the creation of the Memorial Garden.  He will be missed by his family for his pride in his Irish heritage and sense of humor.

There will be a memorial service Saturday, September 18, 2021  1:00 p.m. at Cherry Hill Presbyterian Church.
