Donald Stephen Scully passed away on May 8, 2025 at the age of 89.

Loving father of Michael (Ava) Scully, Thomas Scully, John (Andrea) Scully, and the late Anne Scully.

Caring grandfather of Stephen, and Amanda.

Proud great grandfather of Charlotte. Dear uncle of Greg Thompson.

Donald was a proud graduate of Wayne State University and the Detroit College of Law.  Throughout his academic journey, he balanced his studies with raising a family--a testament to his dedication and strength.  He went on to build a successful law practice, which allowed him to retire early and enjoy life to the fullest.

He split his time between Florida in the winter and his beloved home on Lake Erie during the summer, where countless cherished memories were made--too many to list, but all held close by those who shared them. Donald had a passion for golf, travel, reading, and video poker.  He was also a devoted fan of Detroit's sports teams, cheering them on through both the highs and lows over the decades.

Above all, Donald was a loving father and a generous soul--always putting others before himself.  His warmth, kindness, and unwavering support will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
