Donna Jean Taylor, 87, left this life on September 5th, 2025. She was born on December 11, 1937 in Detroit. She married Jack Taylor in 1955 and together they adopted 2 children, son Jeff in 1962 and daughter Janice in 1965. She loved people and people loved her. For many years she did Astrology and physic readings for many. She enjoyed travel and visiting new places. Always making lifelong friends.

Donna Jean was preceded in death by her parents Fontella Labadie and Ralph Labadie and her maternal grandmother Mary Beddow. She is survived by her two children Jeff Taylor (Wayne) and Janice Dobbs (Ron) and her half-brother Don Labadie and half-sister Mary Labadie-Nicolini.

Services will be held at Howe-Peterson Funeral Home located at 3880 Fort St Lincoln Park, MI 48146 on Thursday September 11th. Viewing will start at 10am. Services will start 12pm with the procession leaving for Our Lady of Hope Cemetery at 1:30pm.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation to  Compassus Hospice  , who cared for her in her final days.
