Doris Louise Hilliker, of Taylor Michigan, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Wednesday, December 9 ^th , 2020 at the age of 82.

Beloved wife of Oliver Hilliker.

Loving mother of Denise, Allen, Sandy, Robert, Oliver Jr., and Dori.

Cherished grandmother of Robyn, Renee, Ryan, Allen Jr., Jacob, Schana, Eric, Robert Jr., Andy, Carly, Crystal, and Katherine.

Doting great grandmother of Briana, Grace, Ryan, Evan, Ireya, Edison, Lincoln, Aurora, Timothy, and Lily.

Dear sister of Jean Eady.

Also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Doris and Oliver have been devoted parishioners of St. Paul United Church of Christ in Taylor, Michigan since 1988.

Over the years, Doris worked as a lunchmom at an elementary school and the deli counter in Kmart, however, her most rewarding job was being a mother. Her children all described her as a great mother. She was very caring and showered her children with love and kindness.

Due to Covid-19 concerns and restrictions the family will have a private entombment at Michigan Memorial Park on December 11, 2020.

A memorial service will take place at a later date at St. Paul United Church of Christ after all the restrictions have been lifted.
