SHELLY, Dorothy C. April 4, 2008 age 94 Beloved wife of the late Watts. Dear mother of Carol Blanchard John, Mary Currie Bill, Barbara Backler Alan, Frances, Martha Green the late Stephen, Frederic and Kristen Tandon Ravi. Also survived by 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Dorothy was a member of the Dearborn Garden Club, AAUW, Dearborn Lawyer's wives, First Presbyterian Church of Dearborn, Questers Club, President of the Kiwani Queens, Martha Cook Alumna and graduate of the University of Michigan. Dorothy was nominated for Dearborn "Mother of the Year" in 1954. She also was an extraordinary woman with a sense of humor, a loving wife and mother and deeply loved by her family. Funeral was Monday from the Dearborn Chapel of the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 22546 Michigan Ave. Visitation was Sunday 2-4 & 6-8pm.
