Edward Michael Kral, of Woodhaven, passed away suddenly on July 26 ^th , 2021 at the age of 63.

Loving father of Amanda (Luke) Biernbaum and the late Jason Kral.

Beloved son of Edward and Betty Kral.

Proud grandfather of Ava Rose Biernbaum.

Cherished uncle of Sarah Kral, Brett Kral, Nick Ellerhorst, and the late Eric Ellerhorst.

Dear brother of Glen (Laura) Kral and Sherri Kral.

Edward also leaves behind his close friend and mother of his children, Mary Kral.

Edward is preceded in death by his partner of 25 years, Rita Fay Cody-Danner.

Edward worked for Bosch as a Technical Writer for the last 24 years. Since 2009, he supported the Allison team, specializing in heavy duty automatic transmissions used in applications such as emergency vehicles and school buses. Edward was a great friend and colleague who always knew how to cheer up his co-workers.

In Edward's spare time, he enjoyed being outdoors (rain or shine) on the golf course.  During the spring and summer, he also enjoyed tending to many vegetable plants in his backyard garden.

Visitation will begin at 2:00PM until 6:00PM on Tuesday, August 3 ^rd , 2021 at the Taylor Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 9800 Telegraph Rd.  Funeral service to follow at 6:00PM.
