Elisabeth Resch 11/09/1909-05/11/2009. Born in Hungary, she came to America with her Husband Geza Resch and two sons Frank and Victor. She worked hard all of her life, retiring from the First National Bank in Detroit, where she worked until 1979. Retiring to enjoy her flower garden, many people would stop to admire her beautiful flowers. She definitely had a green thumb when it came to gardening. She was so proud of her vegetables and grew gigantic tomatoes to give to her family and friends. Elisabeth also enjoyed the friendship of many seniors, as she attended the Lincoln Park Friendship Club, her day was Tuesday and she hardly missed a week, until she became homebound. Elisabeth was preceded in death by her husband Geza.Preceded in death by husband Joseph and son Frank. She leaves behind a son Zoltan, who resides in Germany, son Victor (Sally) Resch of Southgate. A brother Louis of Colorado and many grandchildren, great grand children, nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday 2-9PM with a Rosary at 7PM.Saturday Services at 11AM at J.L.
