Elsie May Harris, age 89, passed away September 10, 2023.

Beloved wife of the late James for over 20 wonderful years.
Proud mother of Judy (James "Rick") Townsend, Mary (Carl) Irving, and John "Cliff" Parsons.
Caring grandmother of Brent (Sue), Jerrod, Aaron (Hannah), and Blake. Great-grandmother of Layla.
Dear sister-in-law of Margaret Wood.
Loved by many nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers and sisters.

Elsie lived a peaceful and purposeful life. She boasted a beautifully cultivated garden of flowers, fruits, and veggies; she was the poster-child of a green-thumbed gardener. She also had a penchant for knitting – creating a menagerie of hand-crafted projects from sweaters to baby clothes. Elsie was a strong woman who loved her family dearly and will be missed greatly.

Services for Elsie are being held privately for the family. To be interred in the future at Parkview Memorial Cemetery.
