Rev. Elster Tibbs' Obituary
Survived by his beloved wife, Jettie. Also surviving are his two sons, Donald and Michael and his daughter, Tina. Visitation 1-7pm Wednesday, December 12, with service 7pm Wednesday at J.L. Peters Funeral Home, 3880 Fort, Lincoln Park (313-928-6500). Additional visitation will take place at the Lucas & Hall Funeral Home in Pikeville, KY (606-437-0044) from 3-11pm on Friday, December 15, 2007. Funeral service 11am Saturday, December 16 at Lucas Hall Funeral Home in Kentucky. Interment Sturgill Cemetery in Floyd County, Kentucky.
