Erek Farrell Adrian Smith passed away on November 19, 2025 at the age of 59.

Loving father of Rachael Smith, proud Papa to Wyatt and Wesley, son to Stanley and Coni Smith.

Erek LOVED classic cars and he used to take his 1969 Grand Prix to many car shows to show it off and he would go out just for rides. Erek was obsessed with skulls and heavy metal music, Avenged Sevenfold and 5 Finger Death Punch were his favorite bands. Our favorite song to sing together was Nightmare by Avenged Sevenfold. Erek truly enjoyed playing with Wyatt and Wesley when he could. Rachael would visit Erek in Arizona before Wesley was even thought of and he was always so loving and playful with Wyatt. After Wesley was born Erek moved back to Michigan and was able to enjoy both grandchildren while he could. Everyone's time was cut way to short Erek will be deeply missed by all.
