Erminia "Mia" Spiter passed away on February 18, 2020 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of Walter for 40 years. Loving mother of Deanna (Ken) Rowe and step mother of the late Joann, Arlene (the late Patrick) Shea, Larry (Vicki) Spiter, and Diana (Mike) Schneider. Dear sister of Iolanda Perna and Antonio (Pat) Perna. She was predeceased by siblings Giovani, Tomasso, Angelo, and Richetta.

Mia loved to sew, crochet, knit, and needlepoint. She was also an excellent cook.

Visitation at the Dearborn Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home (22546 Michigan Ave.) on Thursday February 20, 2-8pm. Rosary at 7pm. Instate 9:30am at St. Sebastian Catholic Church (3965 Merrick St, Dearborn Heights, MI 48125) until time of Mass at 10:00am. Interment at St. Hedwig Cemetery.

Memorial donations in Mia's honor appreciated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
