Ernest "Red" Lamb, 85, passed away this March 4th, 2018 in Detroit, Michigan.

He joins his wife, Gertrude Lamb, in eternal peace.
Dear father to Edward "Gene" (Mary) Lamb, David (Kathleen) Lamb, and the late James (Lisa) Lamb.
Loving grandfather to James Jr., Kimberly, Edward, Amberest, Michelle, and Deanna.
Cherished great-grandfather to many, many grandchildren.
Treasured brother to Robert (Carol) Lamb, and the late Alfred (Ethel) Lamb, Jerry (Stephanie) Lamb, William (Ruby) Lamb, and Elizabeth Wynn.

Ernest was a proud hunter of many types of game and enjoyed fishing in his earlier years. He gave 30 loyal years to the Ford Motor Company before retiring. He could often be found tending his vegetable garden or canning the fruits of his labor.

The funeral service for Ernest will be Friday, March 9th, 2018 at 11:30am. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 8th from 2:00-8:00pm. All services will be held at the Taylor Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 9800 Telegraph Road, Taylor, MI.
