Etta Bell Cruce, 74, Clarksville, died Tuesday, May 19, 2009, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 9800 S. Telegraph Road, Taylor, Michigan. Burial will be in Michigan Memorial Cemetery, Flat Rock, MI. She was born June 6, 1934 in Slayden, Tennessee and was preceded in death by her parents, Talmadge Dewitt and Fannie May Potts; brother, Perry Potts; and her sister, Margaret Cruce. Mrs. Cruce was a retired Bank Teller and a member of Taylor Center Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter; Margie David Austin, Clarksville; son, Keith Allen Brenda Cruce, Michigan; grandchildren, Joshua Austin, Brittany Austin, both of Clarksville; several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
