Unsworth, Florence Gorno, 102 years old, died December 20, 2009 at St. Joseph Merch Oakland Hospital after a brief illness. Florence was born to Angelo and Angeline Gorno on April 3, 1907. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert Owen Unsworth, Sr. and sister of the late Anthony and William Gorno. She was the mother of Mary GraceJerry Lanese, Dr.Robert O.Patricia Unsworth D.D.S, and Angela Neuweiler. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Florence was a graduate of Holy Redeemer High School and Marygrove College as a member of the first freshmen class. She had been a member of Gesu Parish and a long-time member of Saced Heart Catholic Church in Dearborn. Florence led a full and active life until her recent illness. Funeral Mass Monday, December 28, 2009 at 9:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Michigan Ave. & Military. In state at 8:30 A.M.
