MITCHELL, FRANK JOSEPH December 3, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Angeline. Dear father of the late Shirley Williams and Michael Mitchell. Grandfather of Christian Mitchell, Laura Bigelow and Lisa Schwartz. Also survived by daughter-in-law Norma Mitchell. Funeral 11:00 am Tuesday, December 8th at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 800 S. Military; Dearborn, MI 48124. (In state in church at 10 am) Visitation 3-8 pm Monday at the Dearborn Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 22546 Michigan Ave. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. www.howepeterson.com
