Swanger, Frazer M. Age 94. Passed away on December 25, 2013 after suffering a stroke. Loving husband of the late Florence. Loving father of William (Linda Jane St. Dennis) and Michael (Sally Jane Spies). Loving grandfather of Jessica Swanger, Eric Swanger, Sasha Becicka (Rob) and Carissa Angle (Aaron). Loving great grandfather of Sophie Isaacs and Ellie Jane Angle. Loving uncle to Gail Davis (Bud), James Jackson (Barb), Garth Swanger (Sue), Alice Swanger and Roy Fretenborough Jr. (Patti). Frazer will be missed by all who met with him regularly for Sunday breakfast, following services at Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Special thank you to Jan Gougeon for the care and dedication shown to Frazer over the preceding months. Frazer often referred to Jan as the "Bodyguard". Very special thanks to Jessica Swanger and her mother Cecilia Swanger for years of support and care of Frazer. Frazer enjoyed attending dinner with "J.B. and Associates", a survivors support group affectionately referred to by Frazer as the "Weepers' Club". Frazer was an active member of American Legion Motor Co. Post #173, commanded by Craig Tilman. Avid bowler; original founding member of GDBA (Greater Detroit Bowling Association) since 1950. A Memorial Service will be held at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 800 Military, Dearborn at 11:00 am on Monday, December 30th. Gathering from 10:30 am.
